The young girl at the window told me they do not have change when I gave her a $10 bill so needless to say I did bot get any change back from my order! That is unacceptable that they cannot give you your change from your order! So I guess the change I did not get back goes towards her tip? Also I asked for whipped cream on my drink which she even read back to me on my order but dud not put on my drink! The staff ar this location is incompetent! I will post this on social media and will certainly not return!

Placed order in store for 1 cheeseburger and a frosty. When I got home there was a large order of french fries. I never ordered/said the word french fries to the order taker! Therefore I was charged for an item I never said I wanted and the fries were cold and burnt and was thrown in the trash. The order was never confirmed with me by the order taker. INCOMPETENT STAFF WORKS AT THIS WENDY'S! Unfortunately this location is the closest to my home.

DO NOT GO TO WENDYS ON CORTEZ RD IN BRADENTON! THEY ALL ARE INCOMPETENT THAT WORK THERE SORRY TO SAY. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I ORDERED A DAVES SINGLE AND SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE ORDER TAKER NO PICKELS! THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER TAKEN IS WHAT THEY GIVE THE CUSTOMER. WHEN I GOT HOME AND TOOK A BITE OF THE HAMBERGER I TASTED A PICKEL AND FOUND NUMEROUS PICKELS ON THE HAMBURGER! I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO PICKELS! DO I HAVE TO CHECK MY ORDER EVERY TIME TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT B4 I LEAVE WENDY'S? THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAPPENED! THE STAFF SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THIS WILL BE POSTED ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA SITES AND ALSO AS A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

I took my vehicle to be serviced to the Take 5 Oil Change location on 5202 Cortez Rd W. Bradenton Florida. I also had them check my tires. When I returned home I noticed that my tire valve caps were not put back on my tires which was on them before I went to Take 5. I went back to the same location and asked the service person to put them back on and I was told that they could not find the tire valve caps! I find the service people to be very incompetent-did they throw them out? Obviously they do not recheck the vehicle to make sure that everything is good to go and replaced the parts that were on it before they worked on the vehicle. Now I have to buy all new tire valve caps. I do not recommend going to this location if you want a thorough job done. I certainly will not be returning!

Cannot Reach A Live Customer Service Representative

I called numerous Take 5 contact numbers and could not speak with a live representative. Apparently there are no human people to talk to. I had to do a chat which was worthless-did not even reply back to my question. I even sent an email with no response back. All I needed was their corporate contact #. Not a hard question. A complaint is being filed with the Better Business Bureau.

I needed customer service assistance for an issue I was having regarding the drivers dashboard on my app. I spoke to 3 different representatives who spoke broken English and I could barely understand them and the could not comprehend what I was asking them. They said they sent emails to me that I never rcvd and the said they could not hold on with me until I received the emails and they disconnected the calls! Uber has an incompetent staff. I am still having an issue with no one to help! VERY FRUSTRATED AND WILL POST THIS ISSUE ON ALL SOCIAL WEBSITES.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FELT CHEATED! At the KFC location on Cortez Rd in Bradenton Florida, I ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken with sides which came out to over $35. When I got home the majority of the chicken was soo small that you could hardly see any chicken on it and the sides were not even filled up ti the top of the container. I guess I should have checked out the chicken pieces before they were put in the bucket!
This is a ripoff and very disappointed in KFC. The staff is young and just dont care about taking care of the customer.
They took advantage of a loyal customer. This will be posted on all social media sites to make people know not to go here.

I ordered a customized balloon on the Party City website which was to be sent to the store and I had email confirmation regarding this and it was never done. This was for a special event and I was let down. I was very disappointed The customer service is terrible in the store. (Bradenton Florida location) They did not care and I will never ever purchase anything from Party City again. I will definitely go to their competitors even though is more expensive but I know that my request will be taken care of from previous purchases. I made the wrong decision to go with party city -please don't do the same.
