Well here's another dissatisfied customer review! I've been paying for coverage from CarShield since August 2019 for my 2013 Ford Taurus. Last Saturday I went to assist a friend with car trouble, afterwards my car would not start, called AAA, they finally showed up, after the service technician realized that the problem was with the starter, he advise me to call AAA again for a tow truck which I did. After waiting 1.5 hours the tow truck shows up. I advised the driver what the AAA agent had told me where the vehicle would be taken to so, after the vehicle was hooked up, off we went to Firestone. Get Firestone in Eastpoint, Michigan and noticed that this store would not open back up until Monday at 8am, and this is not what I was told by the AAA agent so, I left my car on the lot until the next day (Sunday). I then found another towing service to move my vehicle from Eastpoint, Mi to the repair facility I initially wanted it to go to (Belle Tire) need my home in Berkley, Mi, which cost me $200 dollars. Now, getting to the good stuff with CarShield. After having my vehicle dropped off at BelleTire and leaving the key in drop box. The next day Monday, I contact BelleTire at 8am went they opened and explained what they needed to do to file the claim with CarShield. BelleTire service agent attempted to make contact on several unsuccessful try's, was placed on hold once for about 45 minutes and then hung up on. And according to CarShield, the repair facility has to submit paperwork to file a claim, "who does that? CarShield"! So, now it's Wednesday April 25th, I called American Auto-Shield which my contract is with, their associate Jared who I spoke with stated they had just received my claim paperwork and spoken with BelleTire today so, I advised Jared that BelleTire had called me and stated that my vehicle was ready, I then told Jared that I was on my way to pay and pick up my vehicle, Jared then advised me if, I went and paid the BelleTire bill on my own then my claim would be null and void, "who does that? CarSheild"! I advise anyone thinking about CarShield to save their money and invest with another company! Those well known actors and celeb that advocate for CarShield are full of it, save your money! "Who does that, not CarShield"! One last thing I'm a Viet Nam veteran and a senior, this does not make any sense, I can't pay out of my pocket and get reimbursed my money without losing my claim with them, sham, no sense at all, invest with another company!

My insurance company (USAA), reserved a vehicle for me in which I had for a week. Upon my return I left my Cup Call Cup Holder in the vehicle, once I got home I called the rental office about what I had left, Josh placed me on hold and went to check on it, he came back and stated there was nothing in the vehicle, he also stated that he had asked the induvial who cleaned the vehicle and that person told him there was no such thing in the vehicle which, is a lie, why would I call up there if I had not left it? This is unacceptable and I plan to voice my disbelief with this matter, I will never rent a vehicle from Enterprise again because, of theft by a employee, very petty and will notify USAA about this theft.

This experience is all about building up your credit profile, which I've been working on for about three (3) years. Well on the 12th on February 2021, my FICO score finally made a Good rating at Experian, I was quite proud of my accomplishment. On the 19th of February I received an alert that my one credit card had decreased significantly to 0.0% and that my FICO score had decreased by 8 points, I could not understand how this could have happened; seeing that all my accounts were on time, credit usage below 5%, no collections and all credit cards with a zero (0) balance. I finally have a Good credit score with Experian and better scores with TransUnion and Equifax in the 700 range. How could I lose 8 points after gaining 5 points on 02/12/21 and gaining 32 points on 01/30/21, this has besides myself, after all my report is positive at this point, how in "Hell" could I lose 8 points when nothing has come in to Experian as negative or no recent inquiries! This is exactly why I "do not pay for an Experian membership", it's all about the money.

I'm not sure how people can give Morningsave.com a rating above, true they have some great deals however, their shipping "sucks" and I'm not stating this because of the Pandemic! I've been ordering from Morningsve.com for going on 2 years and their shipping has always "sucked". Currently I've been waiting on an order since the 29th of December, still haven't arrived to this day. Last tracking info, courtesy of USPS is as follows (December 31,2020 at 10:03 am Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item GRAPEVINE, TX *******, its now the 14th of January 2021 and this package has still not been received by the USPS.
This is not my first time complaining to Morningsave.com about their preferred shipping partner, in my opinion Morningsave.com needs to partner with another more reliable shipping partner.

Tip for consumers:
Once a member you'll get free shipping however, "the shipping sucks", they (morningsave.com) uses Pitney Bowes which passes the parcel on to the USPS. "Pitney Bowes holds your package at a location for days, I'm waiting on a package which has been at a Pitney Bowes location for about two (2) weeks now, and has been this way for almost two (2) years now.
