I am absolutely appalled by the fact that I'm being charged an additional $5.00 due to someone else's incompetence. This practice is not only unfair but reeks of a blatant money-grabbing scheme. It's utterly unacceptable that I'm penalized for the sender's lack of attention to detail. This is now the second time I've been unjustly slapped with this fee for others' mistakes. This kind of treatment is infuriating and I demand immediate rectification.
