I ordered a traditional stringing kit a month and a half ago. I wrote their site numerous emails and called them many times. Eventually I had to go to Paypal and they went to Authentic Lacrosse's company and demanded that they ship it. I will hopefully get it today, but I do not recommend anyone using this site. Don't waste your time.
