I booked a two night stay through hotels.com and needed to remove one night. Getting the change was a frustrating situation and I needed to speak to two additional companies to do so. First I had to book a new reservation for one night and then talk to a different company to cancel the first reservation. Not American speakers so haard to understand the staff. Really poor experience.
