Hi,

1-. They charge in my profile fee before discuss it with me. Any how i refuse and i just want what i paid for. I dont need extra things (this should be end of the story) but writer and customer service they keep talking about this as an excuse when i want correction to be done by the writer within the 10 pages i paid for.
2- I complaint about the writer and customer service that they dont reply to my comments which is address some issues within the 10 pages i paid for. I complaint to the Amy customer experience manager in 16 Feb 2024 at 12:43 then she said the writer wrote everything and address my comments.
Please note that if you check all files uploaded my writer its just 15 pages and that's ok BUT after long chat and long wait with the customer services the writer send file with 23 pages! Which i did not ask for it.

Amy trying to cheating on me, i send her the last version i uploaded with my last comments which i uploaded in 15 Feb 2024 and the file the writer uploaded they used the file with comments i uploaded in 14 Feb 2024 with added pages. In this way things come upside down, i told Amy i need just my 10 pages and her reply was you can deleted by yourself, if im going to do everything by myself why i paid this company then. Amy cheating because instead she will say (there is Mistak and writer used old file version and now they make correction), she said (no everything is ok and no reply we should do to your concern. I asked her of telephone number but she ignored,as i need to talk with someone higher position than Amy.

Any how the big problem now as (support services message)
THE WRITER GET INFORMATION FROM REFERENCES BUT THEY PROVIDED ME END OF THE PARAGRAPH with DIFFERENT REFERENCES. So if you want to review the information and matching them with the original references written end of the paragraph YOU CON NOT, because the references for example title A but the information cited from reference title D.

That's mean once my professor will read the information and open the reference he will find completely different information. So what we should do now.

I subscribed and pay for Diamond membership but not any of the membership benefits were provided and very poor communication services. They took the money and do not provide the services you pay for.
