I ordered an Ohio State hoodie for my son for Christmas, but they sent me the wrong one. Then they said they could not ship the correct one I ordered within the two days I needed to give him the hoodie by Christmas. I asked if they would do anything to make up for it, but all they did was let me return the wrong item they shipped me for free (which everyone gets). I liked their wide selection of items to choose from, but because of this I will buy them somewhere else.
