After not receiving an email confirmation after placing an order, speaking directly with GiftTree customer service, it was confirmed the original order was in the system but not processed. GiftTree guaranteed delivery on 12-24-22.

However, today 01-02-2023, I received notice from the gift recipient the delivery was made to the wrong address and only today, did the incorrect recipient hand-deliver the parcel.

And while calling during posted business hours, how is it the customer service telephone number answers the call is received outside business hours?

No phone support during posted business hours

Hi Andrew,
I greatly apologize that we missed you! I do see the replacement was delivered on December 23rd, so the fact that it was left over the weekend at an incorrect location is definitely upsetting and we'd like to resolve this. Our offices were closed on December 26th and January 2nd in observance of the holidays. Please do respond to our email and let us know how best we can resolve this, if a replacement or reimbursement is preferred.
