I ordered two items on August 1st. It is now August 15th and only one item was delivered and its the WRONG item. I ordered a print of a baby bear and what I received is a horrendous cartoon drinking alcohol. You can check the picture attached. I contacted them immediately and still have not received a response. UNBELIEVABLE. The other item I ordered I still have no update on when I am ever going to receive it. It has ye to ship. I love their website and I am so upset at the lack of customer service and respect they have for their customers.
