I made an order Jan. 24. My order has yet to ship and when I tried to call an ask what's going on no answer. I have called four times. The first time I just get a busy signal. The last three time I waited for about 15 mins and then a recording comes on saying we can't process your call at this time please call back later. I tried to send them an e-mail and the page wouldn't load. What is going on?
Since I originally wrote this review I have been contacted and a partial refund has been given. My order has now been sent out on delivery.

This is why, we deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you. We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.
Furthermore, we are also diligently working on improving our customer relationship interactions, both over the phone and email.
We are however happy to see that you have been in contact with our customer relationship representatives and they assisted you with a proper resolution for this situation. Moreover, as your order has been already shipped from our warehouse, it will be soon delivered.
