If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered my cot in January and was told of a delay due to the pandemic which was fine and I wouldn't receive the cot until March. March comes and goes and still nothing. April comes around and my baby is born and I have no update of where the cot is. Cot finally arrives the end of April and due to having a c section and needing support to recover was living elsewhere was unable to build the cot straight away. Came to building the cot and it has a large structural crack in the frame of the gate piece. I contacted the company and was informed that it was my fault as it wasn't unpacked within a reasonable amount of time. (No where on the website does it state what they class as a reasonable amount of time is). After multiple weeks of back and forth email communication I still have no where for my child to safely sleep. The best they would offer me was to pay for the replacement piece but they cannot advise me how much this will be or when I will be able to purchase it. As a single parent I cannot afford to pay again for a new cot or to be without a cot for my child to safely sleep. Their customer service was lacking, they were not empathetic. I now have paid $500 for a cot that I cannot use.
UPDATE- I have now been threatened over this review with legal action HA!
The fact that they argue with customers not only in email but publicly just shows how unprofessional and immature they are and the lack of customer service they have.
