Placed order and next day received email saying Microwave is shipped. But clue where or what is the delivery tracking no etc. Tried to phone back but no luck. Waited 32 minutes same voice message is repeating from beginning. Extremely frustrated. Emailed them with the invoice details but no chat room or way to reach them. Testing my luck or need to complain to consumer court etc..
Tip for consumers: Never buy anything from direct Vacuums.
