They gave me a really poorly written term paper and refused to refund my money after they failed to get me the corrected revision in time for me to submit it on time. This is what happened: I asked for two 4 page term papers written in MLA format and one of them was fine and required very little editing. The other one was written in such poor language that I believe the writer was a non-English speaker or has early grammar school level English. I asked for two subsequent revisions. The first revision they provided for me the next day after I requested it, which was the day that the term paper was due. I requested a second revision. Initially they said the second one would be completed that day. A few hours later they said the second one wouldn't be ready until two days later which was two days after the term paper was due I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked them by phone and email and chat. Bottom line I would not use this service unless you have at least a couple weeks ahead of the deadline so you could make sure that any revisions you asked for are done in time
