After ordering an essay, my essay was not sent to me even with them promoting a on-time delivery. I had to message a live representative to send me the essay in order to have it ready by a deadline. Due to the inconvenience I could not get my essay revised by the deadline time which resulted in it being submitted as is. Paper looks like it was written by a 10th grader with multiple grammatical/concept issues, not following the guidelines and information I have provided for the order. Graded below 58% while advertising their 'qualified experts', which are definitely not qualified, and their 'premium quality' which was definitely not exceeded. After asking for a refund I was told that my issue does not reach the requirement to get a refund. As their policy advertised and i quote is, " Our 100% money back assurance is an evidence of our unwavering dedication. However, we mirror your guidelines so that you never have to lodge any such claim." Would 100% not recommend using Crown Essays. Quality and services are both let downs.

They gave me a really poorly written term paper and refused to refund my money after they failed to get me the corrected revision in time for me to submit it on time. This is what happened: I asked for two 4 page term papers written in MLA format and one of them was fine and required very little editing. The other one was written in such poor language that I believe the writer was a non-English speaker or has early grammar school level English. I asked for two subsequent revisions. The first revision they provided for me the next day after I requested it, which was the day that the term paper was due. I requested a second revision. Initially they said the second one would be completed that day. A few hours later they said the second one wouldn't be ready until two days later which was two days after the term paper was due I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked them by phone and email and chat. Bottom line I would not use this service unless you have at least a couple weeks ahead of the deadline so you could make sure that any revisions you asked for are done in time
