First, im a English as an second language so might be little hard to explain but I'll try my best. Even though I wrote about a review is to let people know they are not professional. I paid extera for earlier delivery but I didnt get it on the day I wanted it but that was fine with me because I might have been ordered too late. I dont know my dog's age exactly so I wanted to celebrate for our 12th being to gather. So I ordered a cake and a edible candle but edible candle didnt came. You all know when its celebration you'll want a candle, but I tried to understood but when I emailed to them and got reply, I DO NOT THINK SO. They were saying it might have been out of order or shipper must forgotten, and wanted me to double check and let them know they can refund me the candle price. I double checked and there was no candle so I replied them back and I never got anymore response and just got my two dollars back. How funny is this situation. I dont think I would never order it from here now on.

Hey AR, the packers forgot to include the candle, or we were out because yes, your order was very last minute. You paid 2$ for the candle so we refunded you 2$. Sorry you're so disappointed with your refund.
