I ordered an order and it should have been received be Feb 4th. They cancelled my order, without notice, until I called. Then they told me it would take 2 days to get any reply on why my order was cancelled. Then "Rosalinda A" kindly hung up on me because I asked her to reorder my order. She talk over my husband, then my self for a good 10 minutes. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service! We will NEVER order form them again. And the idea of doing an elite box... laughable!
I was wanting to start the subscription service, but I can't imagine they would ship that since alita generally over $300!
Mind you, it was for Valentine's Day! I asked to replace the order and overnight it and they told me they don't have priority shipping! What?
I'm so frustrated with the customer service with this company it's ridiculous. The only thing that would make this somewhat right is to overnight our order. I was told they can't help with that and they will call me back in 2 days to let me know if I can re order? Make no sense. I will tell as many people I know about my experience. I will not give any good feedback for this!
