I ordered the wrong size. I admit it. And I messaged them within 20 minutes. I run a business, and when someone asks me to make a change or cancel an order within 24 hours, I don't have a problem with that. They sent the item out anyways, of course. On one hand, the initial mistake was mine, on the other hand, customer service really could have been more on the ball. I'm going to be making a reoccurring purchase and will be doing so elsewhere.
