I purchased a matinee ticket for a theatre in another state from where I live as I was on a road trip and planning down time. When I arrived at the theatre it was closed and the first show time was that evening. When I returned home from my trip I contacted Fandango for a refund. They refused as my request wasn't made before the movie time. How would I know I needed a refund as the movie time didn't exist until the movie time arrived. Totally their mistake for selling me a ticket for a showtime that didn't exist. Completely dishonest and corrupt company. Next stop: Better Business Bureau
