I too have been ripped off. Paid for expedited shipping, never received the item. Contacted them and they told me that my item would be shipped in the next two days. I asked for money back on the expedited shipping, they offered me 5% discount coupon and for me to expect my shipment to go out in an additional two days. I'm pissed. Both with myself for not having checked reviews before I purchased, and at them. The only way to fight things like this is social media. I am seriously thinking of starting a "Rosegal rips you off" group on Facebook. Would anybody join to get the word out?
