I ordered shoes on a Friday afternoon and paid $34.95 for "1 - 2 days" shipping. I called Tuesday afternoon to inquire. I was told that orders received after 12:00 pm were not processed until the next business day, so the shoes would not be delivered until Wednesday at the earliest. I was told I could not have the shipping cost refunded as long as they arrived by FRIDAY! I will NEVER BUY from Nine West again
Tip for consumers:
I think Nine West is exceptionally poor on maintaining good customer relationships.
Products used:
Shoes eventually but too late for my trip. Both items from other companies -- Burberry and Julie Vos -- arrived as specified and paid for. Not the shoes.
