I went to buy new shoes it was ok but when I went to take my shoes back to get my money back I couldn't because my Information was not put in correct or at all and the music was loud that day so she couldn't hear me. I really like this store but not when the associate does not have very good customer service, she needs to listen I couldn't get my money back because of that reason I did not have a receipt for the purchase and used my debit card to have it returned I will go again but not to have her help me with anything. I don't have proof of the purchase for this review
