THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES! I PAID THE "ONE TIME" FEE OF $2 AND SOME AND IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED. OF COURSE THEY BILLED ME FOR $34.95 A FEW WEEKS LATER. WHEN I CALLED, THEY MAGICALLY HAD NO RECORD OF MY EMAIL ADDRESS. HOWEVER, WHEN I DEMANDED THAT THEY CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. RIP OFFS!
THE WHOLE POINT OF SIGNING UP FOR A RESUME SERVICE IS TO HOPEFULLY FIND A JOB- MEANING ONE MIGHT BE LOW ON FUNDS. THEN THESE MFERS RIP YOU OFF!

We make cancellation really easy as we provide 4 ways in which you can cancel, by phone, chat, email and online. If you have successfully cancelled your service we automatically send out cancellation confirmation email for your records. We do not know exactly how or what method of cancellation you have used when you cancelled your service, because if it is cancelled immediately and successfully you will not be billed for the monthly charge.
