Ebay only care about buyers. I listed an item on Ebay and the buyer paid £800 on 4th July, I dispatched item straight away and he received the item on 6th July so deal done... or so I thought as Ebay have put my money on hold until at least 18th July? Bought, paid for and received in 2 days yet I have to wait for my money for 14 days? They said they do this to make me a better seller... bulls**t
Received an email today to say I have been banned and all my reviews removed because their clever software has highlighted one of my reviews is spam. How can a genuine review of a company be spam? Maybe because I left some poor reviews of some companies? They can't even tell me which review is causing the problem. Maybe because there isn't one!
