I had selected very nice items, over half still had price tags on them. I received a whopping $4.87 for all of my items in the "ThredUP" bag. I will not "donate" to ThredUP again. Horrible experience. I could have sold all of my items on another website and received well over $500! Lesson Learned!

I ordered on February 1,2017 for a bridal shower on 2/11. Confirmation said I would have no later than Feb 10th. Called on February 9th. My order still had not shipped out! Customer Service Rep was not willing to ship overnight for their error. Just checked status on February 10th, still has not been shipped out. Terrible customer service. This company does not know how to take care of their customers!

We were able to look into your account and we are very sorry to see that your order has been processing for a longer period of time. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of being processed. We do acknowledge that this is simply unacceptable.

The reason behind this delay in processing is the fact that, in this period, a very high number of orders have been placed on our website which caused processing delays.
However, we are always learning from each and every experience and besides the fact that we are diligently working on processing all orders so we can get back to the 1-2 business day processing time as soon as possible, we are already implementing new ways of optimizing the shipping process.
Also, we are now close to having our shipping and delivery rates back to normal.

Furthermore, we are happy to see that you have been in contact with our customer relationship specialists and were provided with a resolution for this unfortunate occurrence.
