I did an application just recently, as a writer. I passed the test and proceeded to do an essay only to be told to wait for upto 5 days for hr approval. Two weeks on, im still waiting, contacting the support team im told i failed the test. I got 24 out 30. I give the support team a screenshot showing i passed the test then he says he must have confused. Fact; i did not fail the test and my essay was superb.
