I sent a package over two weeks ago through Aramex via usgobuy. Aramex has not received it but usgobuy says it was delivered to them via FedEx. I'm not even sure why FedEx is involved? I've tried to leave messages but get no help. There is no way to call this company and I just keep getting the same response which is that it was delivered to Aramex. I'm going to have to file a claim I guess.

I eventually received my package about 5 weeks after I sent it. Too late for what I needed it for. There were a couple of weeks where it was off the radar entirely. USGobuy did reach out and offer 18.00 AFTER I posted this review and asked me to take it down. I know that when there are multiple carriers involved there is bound to be an issue at some point and I understand that but they kept putting it on Aramex and asking me to find out from them which was very difficult as I could not get a human directly. I feel like it is their job to do all the leg work to find a missing package. I'm very happy that I eventually recieved it as it was an expensive give that I could only get in the US. Still on the fence as to whether I will use them again.
I am deeply sorry for the delay. Currently Aramex doesn’t provide pick up service so we shipped your parcel from Portland to their warehouse in California first.
The estimate time of delivery of Aramex may takes 7-15 business days. If you want a fast shipment, Fedex or DHL is recommended.
