Amazon has become too big to fail. The so called customer service is 99% made of appeasers, they say they understand, they say they will try to help with the glitches in the sellercentral system and they don't. Why? Because they can't most of the time the rep is in India or the Philippines, they have no idea what you are talking about.
Simple process that worked before all of a sudden halt. A legitimate listing will be "suppessed" it tells you to fix the issue by uploading a picture with white background. You do it. Check. All i's doted all t's crossed, nobody can help you meanwhile you are paying storage fees.
And so many other issues, like punishing the seller when an item left FBA too late and the customer gives the product a 1 star for 'late arrival', no clear distinction between product and shipping review, either way you will take the hit. Amazon doesn't care. They think they are too big to fail.
