I got charged postage to return a good. No where on their website does it warn you of this. Their customer service couldn't find anything either and said thats just what they do. I am going to take the matter to the small claims court. If anyone has been charged and wants to join this claim let me know.
I am sure they have better things to deal with as do I. Also as the account was not in your name, I will not communicate with you further on this matter. Get a life!
Took my money but then cancelled my booking and now we cannot get our money back let alone the additional costs having to change other elements of the holiday. Nasty company... use someone else, they not even the cheapest. Find the place you want to go to and then book via a different platform otherwise you could end up in the same disaster we are in.
Tip for consumers: Don’t use it. Steer clear or you will be ripped off too
