So i ve bought a product that was 29,88 euros and the product wasnt dilivered because the postal office made a mistake and put it like an unknown adress.the adress was correct and now when i told the gearbest that i want my money they rufund my with 20,82 euros so after all this nonsens all i get is the waithing for my packege and lost 9 euros... how is this fair? It wasent my falt so how cum i have to lose 9 euros? I dont get it... worst customer service ever... i dont recomend buy stuff from this page.
