Two orders reviewed - ordered at same time.

Order one. I ordered 4 x 8" x 8" canvas photos of my dear dog Max, who had recently passed away. I subsequently received the order, to find that a significant part of the photo was printed on the sides of the canvas frame - resulting in certain physical features of my dog missing.

Order two. I ordered 60 matt photos of my dog, on print sized paper that Snapfish's site recommended. On receiving them, I found that my dog's head and other body parts weren't in the photos of many of them. Why? On contacting the company, they inferred that I was at fault, but that out of the kindness of their hearts, they would reprint the 'offending' photos, but I would have to pay the postage.

I get the impression with this company, that no care is given, to ensure what is sent to them, is actually what you receive back. If they can't fit my chosen photos onto a piece of print paper, then they're not professional enough for me.
