This company will not answer their phones, have not refunded an order worth £300 which they never sent and will not let me speak to a manager. In all their emails they have blamed the post office despite the fact that my order overview states they never even bothered sending half of it and the half, which they claim to have sent, never came. They are in direct breach of their terms and conditions and European trading standards. They comment on these reviews to give the impression of handling the issue but have relentlessly sent me template emails and empty apologies whilst telling me I am to blame (even though I did call the post office as they insisted). They are now claiming they'll resend me the products which I no longer want and I know will never arrive. There is no logical reason that they would be able to resend so much stuff but not refund it when i should be able to return it and get a refund anyway. Getting hold of a customer service representative has been almost impossible. Its very dodgy. Sadly now having to liaise with trading standards and the small claims court.
