I ordered a customized size of one of their wedding dresses because the size chart is only made for tall people! Although I am average height (5.3 ft), I didn't fit in the premade dresses' chart. The customer service suggested that I order a customized one which means NO RETURN because it is supposed to be MY SIZE.
Despite that, the dress was not fit. As you can see from the attached pictures, it is too large/loose in the chest area. I needed to have a tailor to make it fit for me. The costs of a tailor in the US is over $300. When I notified dressafford's customer service, I was told that they can only refund $10!
There were also two dirty spots on the dress (see the attached photos) that I needed to send for dry cleaning. Given all that, I had to dispose of this dress and buy another one!
