I ordered Chocolate Rose Bouquet for my sister's birthday. However, the chocolates in the bouquet were spoilt. They were powdery and tasted different. My sister fell sick after having a bit of that chocolate.
I complained to the customer service and they refused to do anything about the issue since the complaint was made after their 48 hours time window. Any other reputed brand would have at least taken some action or refunded the amount.
I am not ordering from FnP again.
