After 12 years of hosting my website and email with bludomain and sticking with them through the hack and losing my website I start getting billed $200 for my hosting fee. Last year I assumed it was because I a month late and had to pay up front for the next year but that was not the case. After evading my questions and holding my website hostage I was forced to pay the $200 to hey my email and site back.
Fast forward to this year I was billed $200 again for hosting and receive nothing in response to tickets. Their own website states when purchasing a new template that the hosting fee is $100. I wish I could speak with a human being at blu!
Hello Aaron, during COVID you were given a choice to pay or delay and you chose to delay as the accountant never received payment. An olive branch to our clients during a very hard time.
