They refuse to answer your e-mails. When you call customer service, they keep you on the phone for 5 minutes, then say they are unavailable at this time, then hang up on you. The chat is never available. When you order something, they automatically enroll you in a membership and charge your credit card $39.95 each month. There is on one to talk to and they refuse to help you.

Due to a very high number of orders placed in the last period, our call center wait time may vary accordingly, sometimes resulting in a bit higher waiting time.
We took notice of this unfortunate occurrence you were faced with and please rest assured that we are already constantly working on improving and finding new ways for our customer to better interact with us!

Furthermore, we would like to explain how the membership works. The VIP membership is only one of two options offered to customers upon checkout with their first order. Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the fifth reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase.

VIP members who do not shop or skip by the 6th day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), are charged $39.95 and receive the same amount in store credit. Members may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any time. VIP members who do skip the month (before the 6th day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the month.
Please note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits.
Moreover, customers can find this information here: https://www.adoreme.com/how_it_works. Customers are able to unsubscribe online, directly from their account and are able to request a refund directly, here: http://www.adoreme.com/charges, within 30 days of the charge.

We are also transparent on the customer’s option to join the VIP membership or purchase as a Pay as You Go customer by presenting these options before Checkout (final purchase agreement) on our website. Automatically enrollment without the customer consent is out of the question.
