Ok, so I haven't used this POS email in 2 years, for obvious reasons. I need a verification code in this email, and I don't have my old phone #. I call support and they can unlock my account, ONLY if I subscribe to their premium technical support?!?!?!?!?! You can't unlock my account unless I pay when I need ONE F****** email and I'm deleting the account? This company, software and platform is utter TRASH.
No wonder you're rated 96th on the email list, and probably much worse in customer service. F*** Yahoo!
