Well this won't y ake too long. This is the most pitiful excuse of a poker site in the world...and I've played most of them, both free sites as well as real money sites. The bottom line is simple. Their software is capable of creating a scenario where any random have will beat all others at any given table, especially against any player short stacked at that particular table. Since I used to play on real money sites that were regulated and had to prove " random hand generation", this site is the polar opposite of random. Since the site doesn't generate revenue unless the players buy chips so they can play, the site makes sure with their software that EVERY player goes broke and left with the only option of buying chips if they want to continue playing. It's by far the most frustrating game on this Green earth, and if you wanna play on the site, you must be willing to spend money on a regual basis, regardless of skill level. DONE!

This is regarding the poker. Stay away from this site its completely rigged with programmes and zynga admin that prowl the room and take your chips, if they don't succeed in doing it through gameplay they will just empty your account by saying u broke the rules. I have spent alot of money on this game and been totally cheated. I would love to take action through the law but not to sure how to go about it as im in england and we have different laws here. I have contacted the english gaming laws and they have told me if it was in this country they would of put a stop to it.

I am so incredibly unimpressed with Zanga's quality assurance commitment because there's not a day that goes by that this app does not function properly. You guys really need to get somebody who knows what they're doing to get this application together. I would be very embarrassed as a company and you should be for putting out a product that Works, but causes almost as much discomfort as it does fun just trying to deal with it to play the stupid game. If you think I'm over exaggerating, I'm not. And I'm sure there's 1 million or two or three that feel the same way. Literally, every time I play the game, I didn't get a message saying you've been waiting 16 hours for your opponent and it sends me a nudge message. This is only one of many many glitches. I just played the game on my phone and now it says I either need to login on the Facebook app or login to play but neither link works. These are only two of many glitches and that is not an exaggeration. I love the game, but get your $#*! together.

Everything's fine until it isn't. If you have any questions about any game, forget it. They do nothing to help and just refer to other websites that have nothing to do with your question. I was a player of WWF for as long as it was on Facebook and I gave it up due to NO help from "customer service" Play at your peril and if you buy coins plan on losing them

I recently earned over 7 billion dollars and was due over 900 points for a free spin. The points didn't arrive and my emails gave zero results and was told it was over and do not reply anymore. Very sad. With over 50 billion in my account the rewards of $230 million are insulting

There is no customer service of any sort with this company. It's a take your money, screws you over and a never es the problem company. Their games don't load properly and crash multiple times a day. If you do choose to play their games do so with VERY low expectations, LOTS of time (some of their crashes take up to twenty minutes to restore) and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I've lost a lot of money thanks to their so called "glitches" with no way to find help or report the issue. Yes they show a site that they claim "Helps" the customers through questions asked and answered by other players... Pathetic. It's a fob off on responsibility on their part. I'm not the best with computers but I know enough to know when I'm getting screwed.

This company needs be turned into better business bureau. I have bought coin packages and some times don't get what I bought. And other times it's like you constantly loose.

Zyngas spades has an autoban chat feature... while intimidation and harassment should not be tolerated, any words which could be offensive is utilized for bans. Emailing customer support even with proof is ignored... you have been warned, they only care for money not customers

This company is trash. They're poker and spades games are full of multiple accounts cheating by playing multiple hands on separate devices. And of ourse Zynga does nothing to prevent it because they want you to purchase coins to keep playing. It's bad enough that the games are already rigged to make you lose so you buy they're fake coins. These people belong in the same category as cheap scammy buy here pay her car salesmen. Zynga is trash. Avoid they're games. Or should I say... they're scams

Zynga constantly converts you to a player room that you did not request... and before you can leave the room it charges you the full amount of the room that you did not want to be in... they are criminals and they should reimburse us for the chips we lost... but they don't... they steal chips from everybody each day... report them and write bad reports about them :(( (((((

This game scams various people across the country i have started taking videos, screenshots, everything possible to expose this game. I have been in contact with a GOOD LAWYER and i may have a case, if you would like to add on text me your name & reason.

I actually bought play chips on zynga. My chips got stolen from my account. Chips weren't paid out to me for the very few of my winning hands, and most of my hands were losers. It's impossible, statistically to lose so many hands over time. Its no coincidence that this all started after I purchased play chips. Before purchasing, I was winning and actually enjoying the games.

You win big at first, then you lose. Top up money same again. It's not worth the investment for the reward. You will always revert to top up. You have been warned.

I've been auditing friends over the last two months. This is a total rigged platform and they constantly make ppl who buy lose all the time. The other ppl constantly win and build stacks. It's a great game and the dynamics of it are fun but it's totally rigged against you to make you buy buy buy.

They need to have the FCC and the FTC to investigate their cheating practices! I have wasted to much time and money on this rip off game site. I have had the same cards dealt to me over and over, have people join the table with high rates but no friends or likes, just like its not really anyone at all but a bot. Zynga says to report the bots but i think the bots belong to zynga...

I'm very unhappy to see WORDS WITH FRIENDS drag out their liberal political and religious beliefs crap. I've been playing for a long time, but now refuse to do solo challenge anymore as it is insulting to have to engage in a game that enforces liberal ideas against my conservative political and religious beliefs. Not sure why we cannot just play. I don't care about my opponent's beliefs when I play. Why should ZYNGA try to indoctrinate me with theirs? #Zynga
