Let's start with some facts...60+ years of Poker & 40+ years in computers...This game is one of the most rigged operations I have ever seen.

Virtually IMPOSSIBLE hands in play. Community Full Houses, Flushes, Str8 Flushes, 4 of a Kinds, and more. Totally infested with bots, fraudulent chip sellers and many more. Scam players with totally impossible statistics...I.E. $27T in bank, biggest win of $80T and has only played 300 hands and only won 60 hands, WITH a Royal Flush as High hand!

I'll give ONE example of just ONE of the hands I have got scammed on...AA in the hole, A2K on the flop, K on the Turn...I'm sitting on a AAAKK facing ONE! 2, betting like a fool and this yahoo is matching and raising me...Over $2T in the pot and the river is another 2! Go in for another TRILLION facing 2 2's with a AAAKK FH and guess what.this joker is sitting on a pair of 2's! THIS IS JUST ONE of HUNDREDS! Of examples of this kind of hand that I have lost TRILLIONS & TRILLIONS & TRILLIONS on! The ONLY ONE card that can beat me just MIRACULOUSLY APPEARS! And I've watched the exact same scenario unfold for countless other players! And these jokers just happen to pop in for 4 or 5 hands and follow the same betting pattern REPEATEDLY!

They claim their RNG (Random Number Generator) is "fair and rated by a gaming organization"...Well...I've written RNG's in DOS/IBM360 Assembler language over 40 years ago...it's almost impossible to do properly. One thing I have observed CONSISTENTLY is the occurrence of EVEN numbered cards that always show up...2-4-6-8-10's. I have had that very combination of 2-4-6-8-10 between my hole cards and/or community cards an IMPOSSIBLY HIGH number of times...I have also observed an absolute opposite amount of occurrences of odd numbered cards...-3-5-7-9's. This gets back to the way RNG's work and why it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to build a TRUE RNG! This game is NOT fair!

Their VIP scam is also a joke. I have been told to let my VIP Rep know about purchases so they can do all this miraculous service for me and don't get squat! They say they can only "match" chip purchases and not Gold purchases...EXCUSE ME? CASH IS CASH IS CASH! You're selling a nebulous product that has NO intrinsic value but because I don't buy a certain category of their product, I don't get ANYTHING!

This is possibly the biggest fraudulent game I have ever seen...and I've seen just about all of them after 40+ years...A class action lawsuit needs to be filed with INDEPENDENT reviewer's going into the nut's and bolt's of their gaming code, review of all their billings, how many fake player accounts there are, how many illegal chip sellers there are, and show what a scam this is.

WHEN THE BOTS STEAL ALL YOUR CHIPS, WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWING. MOST PLAYERS PURCHASE MORE CHIPS. AND WHEN YOU PURCHASE MORE CHIPS. THAT ALLOWS ZYNGA TO GENERATE MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MONEY. I can NOT believe how psycho zynga games are, Especially Farmville 2. They FORCE you to take all kinds of stupid junk and clutter up your farm. Things like pet puppet shows, gambling, racing farm animals, and all of them have some kind of building that must turn your farm into a junk heap. You can't remove it. They of course want you to spend money doing these side shows, but i don't do them. So they force me to have them on my farm but it looks like dam urban sprawl or worse.
Not only that, but they popup thier new sideshows and FORCE you to go thru a dialogue because you cannot dismiss it until you go thru t hier rigamarole. Which includes phoney popups of "Me" saying things like " ooooh i love it" when really, i am sitting there cursing them to hell. You have to click on it or it won't go away, and then it takes you to the next inane step of thier draconian tyrannical hijacking of your game screen. With more instruction and more inane fake "Me " giving them stupid nice answers in little dialogue balloons, that i would NEVER say to that.So on and so forth. These people are not only insane, tyrants, oppressors, but they have NO clue of how people just want and need to take some time and enjoy a game. That will NEVER include such stupid unwanted unwelcome, HATED, ACCURSED, takeovers of the screen.
NO human can stand being mistreated by sociopaths who really really believe, that you are some kind of proxy of them, not a real human with a free will or autonomy. They want us to be thier robots going thru motions that might end up making them money. They are sick beyond belief, a nd in NO way do these owners of the game deserve to own it, or manage it,.
There are some cute graphics and animations, and a few decent basics and features, but they ALWAYS totally ruin any good you might get out of it. Plus, the game itself is pretty out of wack and rarely functional. It doesn't fit on the screen, they seem to think they don't have to make it flexible to fit on various aspect ratios or screen shapes. YES zynga you dumb beotch, YOU DO. This isn't 1995 any more. The internet has standards, and YOU don't seem to know what they are. You def are cheaping out on the tech end, why don't you hire real tech folks to get stuff right and make it actually functional?
All in all, zynga games are one of the worst possible games in the world. Because of the evil tyrants taking over your screen, violating your will, trying to force you to do thier bidding, and the super poor, substandard, malfunctionality of the game itself.
How did these despotic psycho slavemaster wannabes, ever get thier hands on such originally good graphics and animations, only to oppress humanity with it? Wow. This is so diabolical, it is like a mini version of the world's worst dictatorial total control system where people don't count and they have zero freedom or choice whatsoever. Someone please take these games away from t hem. They ruined Castleville with too much demonic themed shhht, and all t he other problems,. Now they ruined Farmville 2. They can't help themselves, they are doomed, as all evil eventually is.
Photo shows one sideshow that wouldn't let me dismiss it at first, and now adds clutter, and also pops up if it is ever so slightly grazed with the cursor. Which is impossible to avoid, since they clutter the screen with far too much stuff taking up the screen, that takes up all the space and you just can't get away from.

I've been playing Zynga poker for a very long time. After not playing it for quite a while. I started playing it once again, starting on December 22,2019. While playing, I've been knocked out of winning hands many many times. I reported these incidents to Zynga. I was told by them, that they would investigate this matter, and get back to me. I was very confident that they would see what hands were actually manipulated by bots or hackers. Zynga informed me that they would investigate this matter and get back to me. I still haven't heard any response back from Zynga of the results of that investigation. As of today, I've lost a total of $19,000.00 US dollars in two weeks playing this game. In addition to being knocked out of winning hands.

While playing games where I knew I had the winning hand, when I attempted to to raise my bet by putting all my chips in the game, I would get knocked out of the entire game, and lose all those chips. This isn't an isolated incident. It's happen so many times, that I lost count. Then last night around 10:45pm, I purchased $500.00 worth of chips, I went in the high stakes poker room where I play. I was in that room for two hands, and made two small bets. After winning the last bet. I looked at my table chip count and it disappeared, as well as all the players from that room. Then I checked to see my chip reserve, and they were all gone. As said above. Every suspicious incident that I observed, I reported it to Zynga.

I must of sent 50 incidents. And I have not received one response from Zynga for any of my complaints. All I get is an automated email that they will investigate the matter. I am not saying that I didn't lose any of my chips. I didn't lose my chips by bad bets or losing hands. I'm very observant of my chips, and my wins and losses. A majority of them were lost through cheating, using bots or hackers. This is unacceptable, how Zynga allows their players lose their chips by cheaters. And they do absolutely nothing about it. I don't mind losing chips, if I legitimately lose the hand. But I don't want to lose by bots, cheaters or hackers. I don't understand how Zynga ignored every one of my complaints.

Are they just going to ignore that I lost $19,000 in A two week period, without doing an audit of my account to find out how most of my chips were stolen? I am requesting to speak with Zynga's fraud department, or a manager. Do you think it's fair that I got scammed on Zynga, and I should just forget it? Is that how Zynga operates because they're a large corporation, and they just don't care how they make their revenue? That's not only immoral, it's also totally unethical. It's also possibly a crime, if they are aware that hackers and bots are cheating their players, and Zynga is allowing it by not investigating players complaints. They have the technology to investigate these matters.

EDIT: Zynga does absolutely nothing about bots, hackers, or other ways their customers are scammed. Actually when Zynga customers lose their chips by scammers. Zynga customers actually buy more chips from them, and that brings in tons of revenue for their corporation. So the the more bots, and scammers who are infested all the over the Zynga poker network, the better for their pockets. So All the BS that they promote about their customers safety, security, and how they are so concerned about their customers having a pleasant experience on Zynga are pure lies. IT'S ALL ABOUT BRINGING IN MORE REVENUE FOR ZYNGA.
