I initially saw this merchandise on Instagram and was in love. In my excitement I made a huge mistake. I did not read the reviews. After reading the reviews; I got worried and wrote to customer service a week after my purchase. I wear a regular size 8. I ordered a medium dress and large top. The items arrived separately, the dress was too small. After sending 3 emails to customer service, I received the L top that fit like a small on my size 8 slim frame. The top was the same style but not the same color. The clothes are beautiful on the website but the quality of clothes are poor. I decided to cut my losses and keep the L top. I gave it to my daughter who is an XS
I ordered some beautiful jumpsuits from Zuvaa! As stated on the product page, my item came within two weeks. They fit great and i get lots of compliments :) Love this site for my summer wardrobe.

I ordered a rather expensive jumpsuit from this website. First it took me ten tries to get my shopping cart right because even though I would only add one item, just before checkout(right after my payment info was inserted) I would find one or two more items in my bag. After one month of waiting for an order that should only have taken 2 weeks. I got online and noticed no tracking number. "Customer service" reached out to the seller but got no response. They then stopped responding to me when I asked for my money back. I had to go through my bank to file the dispute. There items are beautiful online but I will NEVER buy from that site again.

I have ordered from this site many times. There have been issues with getting items in a timely manner. The last two orders were terrible. I ordered a jumpsuit and after one month I did not receive it. After contacting Zuvaa, they contacted the seller and my order was sent. The last and final time I ordered from Zuvaa, half of the order arrived. Now, almost 2 months later I still don't have my skirt. I purchased through paypal so I am filing a claim. Don't order from this site. It is easier to just go through the designer's website or etsy page. It is often much cheaper to eliminate the middleman, Zuvaa.

This is a real review. I have no reason to come on here and not be honest. I am a very blunt person. I am experienced with shopping from many vendors worldwide. Always read reviews and ask questions. So far, I have ordered over 10 items. They have been very great. Yes the sizing may not always be perfect, but I take them to get tailored. These people make your clothes themselves, it is not a factory. I love supporting this website and people. So its a 5 stars from me. I am very picky lol. Be careful, and again read reviews. Even research their social media/tags. That is another helpful way. More then likely, the designers are on other sites. You can read reviews on other platforms. I sure have been saved by doing this.

I wouldn't shop at zuvaa. Purchased a dress for a friend's wedding and the package never got to me. When asked to help track my package or at least for them to send me a replacement, I was shut out. Now Im out $145 and still have no dress for a wedding 2 weeks out. So much for supporting my people...

The beautiful, vibrant African patterned clothing seemed like a dream. But when I discovered the sizing was totally unrealistic - so-called plus size was cut like a size 10 in the arms- this became a nightmare experience.
Getting a response from customer service took weeks and a couple of negative comments on social media.
And they don't pay shipping for returns. That became a big problem since Zuvaa represents vendors from all over.
My vendor was from Canada so my cost to ship the return was $40! So even though the purchase price was finally refunded, I'm out the $40 shipping.
Never again.

Answer: Queen, the very same is happening to me. In addition, no one from the company will answer questions that I post on FB to inquire about my order. The money was debited from my account about a month ago and I've received no email confirmation of my order nor have I received notification of any shipping date. I'm hoping not to find out that this company is a fraud as I have read reviews (after placing my order) regarding a legal issue she has with vendors who, to date, haven't been paid for their designs.
