I'm so sad to read all these sad reviews! Zuvaa has always done me well! Great variety, great prices, great chatting with the designers themselves, they accommodate my unique sizing, delivers in a timely manner,... i just wish i was wealthier to afford more pieces! They used to have a great jewelry section and i do miss that.
Now i am understanding that this is a two man show and they allows me to have more patience with them because i want to see the creators of zuvaa succeed and i want success for the vendors as well...
I ordered three pieces of clothing but did not receive additional information from the company or the individual vendors for some weeks afterwards. After following up a few times, one item was finally delivered. The other items were never delivered. Today, I received a message saying the orders were now completed, I am waiting to learn if I will be issued a refund. They also have no customer service telephone number to reach out to directly. Very disappointing.
I ordered 2 items and never received a tracking or information that it was shipped. 2 weeks after I request a refund I am told it was shipped a week ago. This company does not do good business. I will stay away from now on. I wish I could give it negative stars. They won't provide a number for you to call either. Don't expect to get your item for an event. You'd be better off not using them.
I've been following this company on IG for quite some time, I shouldn't have expected anything different once I ordered something from them seeing as though they're unresponsive on IG as well. Long story short, I placed an order, received the mass generated email that my order was received and never received my item. Never got a response from my inquiry about when I'll receive said item either. I read that the site is shut down, and if that's true they shouldn't be allowed to take money when they know they can produce the goods. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I try to support us and almost every time it bites me in the butt. I have a very large following online and I will most definitely telling my followers to NEVER spend their money at Zuvaa. Find the designers you like and reach out to them directly!
Never received my item. Ordered a month in advance. Noticed the company advertising pop up here in nyc which i thought was unbelievable being that I never received my item. Spoke to vendor Mae several times who gave me a fake usps tracking # to no avail. I will never order again. I will dispute charges with creditor smh.
I ordered a skirt from Zuvaa back in September of 2017. In October, I still hadn't received my skirt and emailed Customer Service to inquire about it. They informed me the vendor was no longer selling her merchandise on the Zuvaa site and they would give me a refund. After weeks of waiting and trying to work with them to get the refund, they never followed through. I had to contact my credit card company to have them refund the money back to my card. From this experience, I learned it's best to order directly from the designers and not from the Zuvaa website. Most likely you will not receive your product at all let alone a refund.

I ordered my item and never received the item. First time ordering obtain order number on receipt but vendor never responded. I believe this company is a scam and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I give this company a zero

I ordered a couple pieces from Zuvaa and never have any issues. Customer service is always responsive and I usually get my items usually within a week. Zuvaa has a lot of different designers, so I usually check the size guides to make sure I am ordering the right size. I bought the cutest dress for my birthday and got so many compliments. I believe my items shipped from Zambia and the quality is great, the fabric felt so good and the fit was great.

I purchased a jacket from MAE OTTI. It is very beautiful, however upon close inspection I could tell the item was previously worn. The collar was dingy and had makeup on it. It also had red stains possibly some kind of drink. I sent an email if I could exchange it. They said it wouldn't be the same item. I said okay if they can guarantee delivery by a certain date. Even if that wasn't possible, I have not heard from them since. That was 2 weeks ago. So sad because when I like something I become a VERY loyal customer. Companies have mailed exchanges out to me before they even received the original item because they see my purchase history. This was my very first review of any kind. I tired my best to wait but it looks like I'm stuck with an already worn item that I paid over $100 for. It's a shame for the other vendors as I will not take any chances with purchasing again through this website.
Zuvaa is a massive fraud. Customers will not receive items, because Zuvaa does not pay its vendors. You'll be lucky if you receive a refund. Purchase directly from designers. Do not buy with Zuvaa. Their CEO Kelechi Anyadiegwu is a cold, heartless monster.
Kelechi Anyadiegwu has stolen thousands of dollars from her vendors. It has been YEARS and she hasn't paid her vendors. She doesn't respond to emails either, although as you can see she has listed her email in all her replies.
I'm confused about all the reviews. I've ordered from here twice and both times my items came under a week. I think it just depends on which seller you shop from. Some sellers take longer to ship.
I ordered a rather expensive jumpsuit from this website. First it took me ten tries to get my shopping cart right because even though I would only add one item, just before checkout(right after my payment info was inserted) I would find one or two more items in my bag. After one month of waiting for an order that should only have taken 2 weeks. I got online and noticed no tracking number. "Customer service" reached out to the seller but got no response. They then stopped responding to me when I asked for my money back. I had to go through my bank to file the dispute. There items are beautiful online but I will NEVER buy from that site again.

The beautiful, vibrant African patterned clothing seemed like a dream. But when I discovered the sizing was totally unrealistic - so-called plus size was cut like a size 10 in the arms- this became a nightmare experience.
Getting a response from customer service took weeks and a couple of negative comments on social media.
And they don't pay shipping for returns. That became a big problem since Zuvaa represents vendors from all over.
My vendor was from Canada so my cost to ship the return was $40! So even though the purchase price was finally refunded, I'm out the $40 shipping.
Never again.

Kelechi Anyadiegwu has been scamming vendors and contractors. She is a fraud. She owes vendors over $100K since 2017. She blocked them on social media and refused to release their revenue to them from orders they fulfilled on her marketplace. These days, she calls herself a Forbes 30 under 30 digital brand strategist but is on to her next victim. Kelechi, you should be ashamed.
I worked as a graphic designer for Zuvva from June 2017 - September 2017. I created a ton of content for Zuvva and Kelechi Anyadiegwu owes me over 1K. She has stopped fulling her invoices and all communication. She is definitely a scammer. We set up a payment plan of $150 a month but that stopped after 1-2 payments. She has blocked me on social media. Extremely untrustworthy. It's so disappointing that a black woman scammed another.
I have ordered from this site many times. There have been issues with getting items in a timely manner. The last two orders were terrible. I ordered a jumpsuit and after one month I did not receive it. After contacting Zuvaa, they contacted the seller and my order was sent. The last and final time I ordered from Zuvaa, half of the order arrived. Now, almost 2 months later I still don't have my skirt. I purchased through paypal so I am filing a claim. Don't order from this site. It is easier to just go through the designer's website or etsy page. It is often much cheaper to eliminate the middleman, Zuvaa.

I ordered my outfit on July 3rd and it is now July 15th, the day I needed it for and I have yet to receive my jumpsuit nor did I get a tracking number. I contacted zuvaa's customer care on two occasions and was told I would receive a tracking number when the order processed, which never happened. When I knew I wouldn't get the outfit in time I proceeded to ask for a refund and was CC'd on an email to the vendor from a customer service rep named Jackiya about my refund. She did not apologize on behalf of the company, and did not even acknowledge me on the email at the very least. Their customer service is horrible and I would not recommend them to anybody. I am still in the process of waiting to speak to another representative to further explain my frustrations for the inconvenience and more importantly the rudeness of the customer rep.

I initially saw this merchandise on Instagram and was in love. In my excitement I made a huge mistake. I did not read the reviews. After reading the reviews; I got worried and wrote to customer service a week after my purchase. I wear a regular size 8. I ordered a medium dress and large top. The items arrived separately, the dress was too small. After sending 3 emails to customer service, I received the L top that fit like a small on my size 8 slim frame. The top was the same style but not the same color. The clothes are beautiful on the website but the quality of clothes are poor. I decided to cut my losses and keep the L top. I gave it to my daughter who is an XS

I ordered a dress to wear to my husbands military ball and never recieved the dress or any response back from the many emails and facebook messages that was sent. I will be contacting legal authorities as well as BBB for this company. I will file an lawsuit if i have to but this company needs to be shut down.
Answer: Queen, the very same is happening to me. In addition, no one from the company will answer questions that I post on FB to inquire about my order. The money was debited from my account about a month ago and I've received no email confirmation of my order nor have I received notification of any shipping date. I'm hoping not to find out that this company is a fraud as I have read reviews (after placing my order) regarding a legal issue she has with vendors who, to date, haven't been paid for their designs.
