And then they dance around a whole bunch trying to say they don't do that. I got a text saying that a friend of mine is trying to contact me on there but they didn't build the profile and Zorpia only had my phone number not my email. So they texted it to me. It's a total scam and needs to be avoided. The owner says oh a few hundred bad reviews out of 28 million users? Well yeah 28 million users because your auto building them
This is the worst site in the history of dating scams. Everyone here is either a widow/widower with kids in boarding schools or living with family abroad. Loads of fake military profiles. Their jobs always take them out of the country and they are in desperate need of cash, gift cards or some poor soul to open an account for them. And no one has a working cam and will come up with every excuse in the book. And you almost have to set an appointment to call them. They all use Google Voice that for some reason is the preference of scammers. So please dont send any of these people money or anything else and most importantly don't accept their bogus checks nor give them your address
This site since I join 2010 is full of scammers and customers services extreme very negative and ignore reports customers. And just want your money for buy their gold. I advise stronger stay way from the site because you will not go any where and in end you will stay by yourself why not take short road and stay way.
This website looks at all of your contacts and sends spam messages to everyone on your contacts list
It sends false emails to everyone you have ever emailed to or is on the same email list as you... even if you just emailed your colleague once, he will get the spam message entitled "private message from you"
Update: stop using the same copy pasted text to say that you will fix the problem

Husband met a girl on your PA for now it's been 3 years and he had sent over 3000 to Nigeria to her father so she says they never met and they continue to make a plan to meet and they never seen each other on their phones he is giving up his marriage and his children for her and he won't listen to anything anyone has to say about this he believes she is the one he was looking for his whole life. She also tells him everything he wants to hear.
I get so many profiles in 24 hours it's nuts. I have to clean out my yahoo box twice a day from zorpia. Next those pics of girls are nothing but models not real women. I report them for having multiple accounts to administration and their respone is not caring. 756 interested not one can come on their own dime! All are scammers just like the site hitwe also full of scammed from Ghana or nigeria. And most on profiles admit that they are there to scam you out of money. The love thing is just a front to hook you in then they will get you to unload your pocket.!

This site takes deception to a whole new level. I received a "message" from a name I recognize, saying it was a "private message". However, in order to read the supposed message, I had to agree to hand over access to my profile and ALL my contacts. Ha, so you can contact all my contacts and pretend I sent them a "private" message? No thanks! I know a fraud when I see one!
This site is a phishing site, robbing all your contacts, and then send spam to all of them. I got tricked into thinking someone sent me a confidential message, and made me sign up to see it. There was no message. Don't do it

I win the lottery every 3 days either 850,000 or 1 million. As well as 1 millon gold coins from there other promotion. Ecobank just emailed me for my information for payout to them. Loyds Bank as well. There is more to tell. Now I am flooded with girl trying to send me to there blog or cam sites for free sex. Please everyone.Be careful... I spoke with a huge amount of woman. I know every story. Plus not one person has a phone. Say thanks to Google they give anyone a text number to use. That's how most of them get started with a USA profile. There a few real one's but not worth the effort. Don't forget the others that have Cupids computer generated.Go to a real site if you want to meet a real person.

Take me off of your freakin mailing list - *******@gmail.com
You're a freakin spammer@!@@!@!@
You do not have the right to keep on sending me notification that someone has left a message for me! Now you are bugging me on my work email?!?!?!
State of the art hacking of accounts!
Not acceptable!

Zorpia must have been set up by scammers as a business platform, but they didn't do a very good job because 1) It's painfully obvious 99% of the profile are fake and 2) the site is slow and buggy. Don't waste your time with this one!
This website sends unsolicited emails to young children and has highly suggestive and inappropriate photos of men and women, including notices that "Paul, 52 from Australia, is waiting to meet you." When you try to terminate the account, it sends friend requests to all of the email addresses in your directory. I have spent an hour trying to terminate my 8 and 10 year old childrens' accounts that were created by opening an unsolicited email.
I've been a member of this website on and off, and I can safely say that this is the WORST website ever. It is FULL OF SCAMMERS AND PROSTITUTES advertising their phone numbers. If you report them, those profiles are taken off temporarily and then mysteriously they reappear within hours. Exchanges with their "customer reps" elicit the usual bogus lies of "we are doing everything we can to keep this site clean".
Now to top it off, some of the scammers and prostitutes I challenged on there and reported seem to have gotten wise and reported ME, and Zorpia promptly suspended my account, first for 24 hours and then for 48 hours. This is despite the fact that it was a PAID account, which means they are quite literally STEALING my money!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE $#*!S. BETTER STILL, FIND A WAY TO REPORT THE OWNERS TO THE AUTHORITIES. THEY SHOULD BE BUSTED.
Nothing but scams on this site. Everyone that messages you claims to be from the US and is interested in you. When you respond it turns out they are in africa for some reason. And if communication keeps going long enough they will ask you to send them money. Even tho I have never sent money, I stayed in the conversation long enough that now I am able to tell if it is a scam by second or thiRd message.
Did you report those fraud users to Zorpia Admins? Also you may want to communicate with our Support Team by going to our contact page here: http://zorpia.com/contacts or send them an email to support@zorpia.com
Worthless site. I actually think the concept is good, which is the only reason I am even giving it one star. But the site is overloaded with women listed as living in the US, but on later inspection are in either in Ghana or Nigeria. And many looking for "financial" assistance. If the site were cleaned up of the trash, I think it could be a good site. Unfortunately, I doubt that ever happens.
I have been ignoring emails with "private messages" from Zorpia.com for weeks now. But, today, I get an email with a photo of my daughter (photo taken from Facebook). Her name was changed, location and age significantly exaggerated. My daughter has never heard of Zorpia but has also been receiving private message emails.
Let's get down to brass tacks here - are there any lawyers reading these reviews that are up for an International class action? Something has to be done about these "sh*sters.
I got an email from my niece from this site saying she had left me a private message. She is only 12 years old. It immediately asks you to give it access to your gmail account or similar, your birthday etc. When you finally get through, the "message" is just a welcome from their social network site and you immediately get an email saying that the person who invited you wants to be your friend on the site. The site was filled with ads for dating/sex and was very inappropriate. I felt violated and I cringe to think of who I "invited" to see a private message through this viral site. This should be illegal.
You zorpia people are stupid and completely nuts! Dating social media site. Mostly rubbish and more to it. Why are you guys sending phony emails about ohh dear so and so I really really like you. How about if that really isnt true. Then you guys are busted for good. Because thats what happened to my friend. Why do you need to do this? Waste of time. Good for nothing. F**K. That's what zorpia is. Stupid. You taught me a lesson. Never waste time on zorpia and things that you don't know much about. Now try finding a way out of this zorpia. All websites are pointing rotten fingers at you!
I got "Scammed" into this load of bull via linkedin. I am totally disgusted. I tried to unsubscribe without success. I dont want it. I am not interested. You are wasting my time. You sent the same bull to all my contacts, now they are upset with me. Thanks for nothing.
Just a scamming site! I find it highly suspect that after i stopped receiving spam messages like "find local sluts in your area", and unfriending a facebook person who asked my cellphone no, i get a request to give my personal details to Zorpia.
