I've tried at least 3 other sites and not enough local people, Zoosk is easy to use!
The website have me a variety of person that best would be my match it was fun getting to know some new people amass making new friends.
First of all you have to create a profile THEN you are asked to pay (reasonable and can pay monthly rather than be commited to 3 or more months). But, AFTER you pay you are told that if you want anyone to read and reply to your messages you have to pay extra!
That's just for starters. There is NO real matching going on. I got sent "matches" that were far outside of the region I stipulated. The vast majority of the male "profiles" I was offered contained only a photo (some so ridiculously NOT the age on the profile), star sign, and basic info (education, smoking, etc) NO comments about who they were or what they were looking for. Just voyeurs and scammers.
When preparing a profile Zoosk offers various musicans, celebrities, and sports teams as the way for you to display your "interests". Really?! Hopefully people have interests beyond that.
There is no way to know whether the people you are looking at have even visited the site in years as it is possible to unsubscribe and fail to remove your profile. If you fail to figure out how to unsubscribe, they will continue to take your money every month.
Every few days the site sent me a notice that it had found some "great new singles" they thought I'd be interested in. EVERY time it was the SAME people.
I never thought this could be. I did not believe in dating sites till now. I would recommend Zoosk to my friends.
For some reason Zoosk is the site where I have been able to meet the most people. I like that there is a picture review process to ensure that the pictures you see of the person on their profile page really are them! Site is worth a try.
I paid $ 74.95 with a one time activation fee of $24.99 for a 6 month for a total of $99.94 with Zoosk on Nov. 23/16. I haven't been able to check my messages (for over a month)or check out who has viewed me. I have sent Zoosk a couple of messages and I haven't heard back from them. Tim Cullen in Calgary
I found someone here that I'm now dating, so I can say I was successful. I like the site and app, but was a little surprised that subscribing didn't unlock all features. Zoosk requires coins to do many things, such as check out mutual matches. The most expedient way to get coins is to buy them. I'm of the mindset that once I've paid for an app, I should have access to all its features without getting nickeled and dimed afterwards. But, I met someone, so I'm not complaining.
Ur web site bounces around and doesnt match the members, other wise its not a bad site. I called to voice my concerns and still not fix.
Met someone so we agreed to get off site so we're not distracted n see where it goes.

I have had nothing but problems with Zoosk. They keep locking me out of my subscribed account and sending me messages to subscibe. Most of my complaint emails go unanswered or days to respond and now we are back to subscription messages yet again. I HATE THIS SITE
If it wasn't for zoosk I would have met the woman I am so happy to be part of her life. Thanks so much zoosk you guys rock.
I have a good experience I meet some people we have dinner and talk that was Good and I meet my man my baby just pray good to make this work we have a same value hardworking faithful and funny I went to some other site dating never satisfied but here I was satisfied
A lot of the same faces week after week. Once in awhile a new face will come on. If you are continuing to check ever few days you may find someone who catches your eye. With any dating site you won't find "that one" in a week or two, maybe not even in a month. It this is the way you hope to find someone you need to give it time.
The man I met is the honourable man I wanted to meet.
He is the guy I was searching for.He completes me and luckily I do the same for him.
The men I met on Zoosk were mostly good human beings and with some of whom I still have contact and have given guidance in their search.
