I and a few other small businesses have been lured in by ZOOM info, and have now found out how Unscrupulous they can be. This site lists a company I owned, but dissolved in 2015 when I retired. It shows my former address, phone number, and web site, but false information about that company's business, number of employees, company representative. It appears they have mixed together information from several companies with similar names.
Do not sign up with the site. They auto renewed me without my permission and told me I didn't tell them before an arbitrary daye that I was never given. This is a scam do not do not do business with them. Terrible terrible customer service.

I just heard from my attorney on the final offer from Zoom info. It took the collector more than a week to go back and forth with Zoominfo and they came back with a settlement amount of $6,200 as long as I can get it to them by Wednesday. This is Monday so I have to use my payroll and rent to pay them off. I will be very happy if I can keep anyone from going through this with this company. Do your research and use someone else.
Since my last review I have hired an attorney to try and settle my account with Zoominfo. They will not just cancel the contract so they sent a collection agency after me. I have not used the system after the first three months for which I paid over $4,000. They do not discuss that you cannot cancel the program if you are not satisfied and they do not tell you about needing 60 days' notice if you are not going to renew. If you miss the 60 day window, they auto-renew you and you cannot get out of it. Through my attorney, we made a reasonable offer to settle since I've already paid a quarter of the contract and I haven't used my credits 7 months, but they rejected it. They don't care about being in a pandemic and I would have to borrow money to pay this off. Look at their competitors that are less expensive and may offer a month-to-month service rather than being locked in for a full year with no way out. They are very deceptive.
My new salesperson wanted this service. It was expensive but I figured the money it would generate would pay for it. I used it for one quarter but it was not generating enough business and during the pandemic, I just could not afford it. I stopped using it and told customer service I needed to cancel it. They said it could not be cancelled so I owed $12,000 whether I was using the service or not. I had to pay or be turned over to collection, so in 2 days I will start getting collection calls and my credit will most likely be ruined. Do not use them.
This company is VERY unscrupulous in their business practices. I tried to cancel after 1 year of the service and they trapped me into another year. This was before my 2nd term even started. They are just not good people and I'm surprised that they treat their clients the way they do. They will be very nice and accommodating when you first sign up and then they gouge you.
Inaccurate information, horrible business practices. Do yourself a favor and steer clear! Trust me DO NOT sign up with them, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Using phantom numbers and VOIP numbers to call repeatedly. I block one number, they call from another.
Beware of Zooominfo and never ever get fooled by their cheap free trials and sales techniques. This is a scam company and their only motto is to drag you into thier masterpiece legal obligations.
Most of the information on their site if made up or just inaccurate. They waste time for legit business people who are trying to make a living finding the right people to contact and help solve challenges. As a salesperson I know its frustrating to hear from 40 people a day but its worse when ZoomInfo has you calling the wrong people forcing them to take 40 calls a day. They are terrible for sales and I am thinking only trash companies use them.
No word from rep for an entire year until 2 days after the autorenewal period. We told them we don't want to renew and they said too bad. You're stuck.

This has to be a scam? Has scam written all over it? So much fake incorrect information about legit companies? How is zoominfo even legal?
What if someone made a social media profile for you from info they found online and through your email? What if they never told you they made this profile for you? What if they were making money off of this profile too? You wouldn't be happy would you? Especially if anyone online could find out your place of work and come to it!
They made my information public without my permission and then required me to submit my information to be considered for removal. On top of this, they note that when you opt out that they cannot guarantee you will be opted out of any third party lists who they sold you info to.
After filing a complaint and telling them to not add any new employees to the company profile, the next day several more new employees at my workplace had their information added to the company profile without their consent! I was told by support that to avoid any new employees from being added, that they must submit a request for removal to the company before seeing their information as public!
Ridiculous, how can this be legal? What if someone has an active stalker and their information is used? Extreme privacy concern!
Clients are pissed off with all your fake and false data. This company lies and then charges you to remove their lies
They should be banned from Internet and the company sued for damaging reputation with fake data

They crawl your site then use your site info to garner attention in the Search Engine Results for YOUR company's relative search phrases. Google should ban them.
They stole your personal informaiton, post on their website for profit and refuse to delete it! I have contacted them many times and request they delete my personal cell phone and email info. But got no response at all! Zoominfo go to hell! $#*! company!
The title says it all. I have never given my consent to appear in this database. When trying to delete my profile, it said my email address wasn't recognised (I have screenshots with proof that my contact is in there). No answer from their online form.
