Installed this software a couple of months before Covid struck us and I cannot say appreciate them enough about the support I received and Zinstall as well. Never failed to help me and clarify me about my concerns and if they are unable to provide the details we want, they will somehow take care of you needs for you.And I also want to mention that if by any chance you computer get broken or some tragedy stikes, or if the hard drive has some major issues, the backdrive will transfer the necessary information from the old computer to a new computer and it will be very much smiliar to you last one
I spent 2 frustrating hours trying to migrate programs and data from my old computer to my new one. Unless you are fluent in manipulating firewalls and connections, don't try this on your own I could not get the migration to work. I called and requested a refund and only got to leave a message for them, to call back. You never get anything but an answering service, answering machine or email. When I did talk to a representative, they were not empowered to do anything but forward to another department. I am still waiting for my response and refund.

If you do use this product make certain you take screen shots of every message, error code or other information as they request it for their investigation if you have any problems.

I did not use this migration software, I had to do it manually.
I used their software to transfer a number of diagnostic programs from an old computer to a newer one. The software did not transfer all programs and none of the saved passwords. I contacted the company, nothing,. I called and was told someone would call back. Nothing. DO NOT use this company! Their website does not even mention a return/refund policy because they don't plan to give you your money back when their software doesn't work.

I used this program in 2015 then again in 2022 going from Win10 to 11 on a new computer. As a repeat customer, I was given a discount on the purchase price. It is easy to use and does a great job. Highly recommend!
Update: The transfer of data from Win 10 to 11 did not work. The program froze after many hours and would never complete. I tried it twice and gave up. I would only give this program 3 stars based only on my 2015 experience. Zinstall appears to have a "no refund" policy or it is hidden so deep you can't find it. It was a lot of money to spend for nothing. Ended up rebuilding all my data from scratch. Disappointed!
