Just a word of gratitude and thanks to Andrea Mason Richards/Realtor Consultant to me regarding the sale of my home. Andrea went above and beyond in getting my home sold in 4 days. She was my counselor and guidance right up the end in less than a month. I Would recommend her with the highest utmost referrals to family and friends, even strangers. My wife and I, along with her sisters recently experienced the death of their mother. They inherited the family home. We decided it would be best to sell it. Worked perfectly for us when renting our house. Zillow suggested a competitive monthly rent for our home. I wrote the property description and uploaded the text and 28 pictures to create a virtual tour. We got 19 good applications in the first 8 hours. The Zillow messaging tool helped us communicate with all applicants. Applications came with a current Experian credit report and background check. Zillow kept a list of applications completed, started and not yet started and made it easy to send the rental application form to anyone we selected. We set up interviews with the best five applicants using the Zillow messaging utility and made our selection. I uploaded to Zillow the rental agreement I wanted signed electronically and set up automatic monthly payments to my bank account. All this at zero cost to us (the owners). The down side: (1) Too many applications. We had 30 expressions of interest and 19 completed applications in the first 8 hours. I had to de-list the property. We simply didn't have enough time to follow-up on each applicant. (2) I heard from applicants that completing the application and request for a credit report was too expensive ($30) and too complex. Several said they could not be verified by Experian. (3) Our cost was zero. But I see that Zillow is going to charge $10 a month for listings beginning July 1,2020. (4) Zillow doesn't offer customer support for their Rental Manager. You have to figure it out for yourself.

If you want to buy MLS leads then it is the best site. Very Nice Experience with this site and I found everything I need for the Real estate market.

All of the real estate referrals for rentals, Vacation homes, and furnished apartments are extraordinarily expensive for what you get. In almost all cases tenants pay between six and 18% premium plus a 2 1/2% deduction for Credit card payments after the property owner pays $400 to advertise on their site. Zillow is the last of the free sites that operates just like a classified advertisement. So save yourself 10% on every vacation booking I'm getting contact with the owners directly via Zillow

You have some realtors that go that extra step for you but Paul Henrion of Wally Kerr Reality is in a class by himself. You want your realtor to be able to find answers for your questions but Paul anticipates the situation for the most part informs you ahead of time, so those questions never occur. Paul Henrion is creating a paradigm shift in the way real estate agents conducts themselves with their clients. We were lucky to find Paul and would never use anyone else in Oklahoma.

I so highly recommend this guy. He is relentless for his clients he never gives up never says die. Every time I turned around there was another obstacle slowing down the sale of my house, but Joe never gave up I truly believe if it hadn't been for him I would have given up. Have have asked Zillow/Trulia to take my home pictures off of their website. My home has been bought a year and 2 months now. They refused and said any MLS can contact them and take it down. We are not in good standing with the Realtors because of the unprofessional way our home was sold. RealtySouth called and now their saying it has to be the Realtor that sold the home. They are in total violation of our privacy and Attorneys has been contacted.

I recently purchased a home in Killingly Ct. I recently had an opportunity to attend a house inspection that was coordinated by Joyce Fritz a realtor with PMZ. I have bought and sold many homes both in California and out if state. I have dealt with many inspectors and realtors over the years. In my opinion I have never seen the expertese and care I recently experienced with Joyce and her team.
