I have a post for sale by owner on Zillow. Can I put my phone number in the description of the house?

Yes you can. We did this at the top of the description and on the photos. We made it clear that we were on our own and to contact us. We did get calls finally after doing this. Good luck all you FSBO sellers out there. I hope it pays off for all of you.

Hi, I actually put my number & email address in the description of the house FIRST before describing the house, due to Zillow allowing agents to take your customers. See Comments on the FSBO issues.

You can put it in contact information. That is when you register.
