“Ripped off and you never see it coming...”

I purchased a pair of earrings... they weren't that nice and I returned them. The store refused my return... twice. I never even took them out of the box. AFTER the purchase, they tell you that their merchandise is "special order" and Un-returnable. Bad business!

Tip for consumers:
This "NO RETURN" policy should be advertised in big bold print, before purchase.

Products used:
When they refused to accept the return, the USPS lost the package. I ended up with nothing but a bill.

Did not get the ring I paid for and Ziamond will not help me. A waist of $1,000. Customer service very rude, and blaming me.This photo is suppose to be a 8mm 2ct ring. But it's a 6mm 1ct ring. And I was accused of using a different ring then Ziamonds. I only want what I paid for!

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from Ziamond. Ripoff!

I purchased a 8mm heart ring. Was shipped 6mm heart ring. Ziamond does not believe me.

Why is there not negative 5 stars available for Ziamond? I purchased a pair of earrings and when I cleaned them the butterfly backs disintegrated before my eyes, and as time went on the cubics started to look cloudy and cheap. They have a policy that makes everything special order- which these things) earrings where just plain studs (what is special about studs?) I guess the special is they fell apart and turned cloudy. Now I see that Ziamond has tripled/ quadrupled their prices for garbage. The quality of cubic zirconia can also be measured by a separate system with six categories. The six categories used to describe the quality of cubic zirconia are: AAAAA (the highest quality), AAAA, AAA, AA, A and AB (the lowest quality). The highest quality stones are hard and clear, while the lowest quality stones are cloudy and soft. Ziamond does not rate their stones anywhere on their site. This is slick and all they say is "Providing you the highest quality jewelry featuring the finest lab created diamond alternatives". What does that mean? Nothing it means nothing and you can quantify highest quality with their vague language. Avoid Ziamond and just go to your jeweler or mall franchise and get AAAAA cubic in writing. Don't believe me ask Ziamond to put into writing that their stones meet or exceed AAAAA rated cubic stones. Don't worry they will never write that on their letterhead. Purchased on sale and it was still too much.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything from Ziamond they over charge for everything. Shop at Jared or Zales

My boyfriend ordered the 1.5 carat cushion cut loose "diamond" CZ from Ziamond (paid $240 for it after a 20% promo code was applied) after I researched the company (among many others) and read how "amazing" their hand cut Russian CZ's are but when he took it to the jewelers today to get mounted in my engagement setting, our jeweler told us he can get us a MUCH better quality CZ stone with the same cut & carat size for $20! I went to Ziamond.com hoping I could return the loose stone and they don't accept returns on loose stones (which is MY fault for not reading their return policy before purchasing), but what is their reasoning for not accepting returns on items that were not special ordered or ever used?!?! To me, that says they KNOW that their products are definitely NOT superior to other stones on the market! We paid $240 for a crappy quality $300 loose CZ stone that we can't return and are now stuck with when we bought a MUCH higher quality CZ stone from our jeweler for $20 (we JUST found this jeweler or we would've gone to him from the start)! I am beyond disappointed in Ziamond.com and want to warn everyone before purchasing a CZ loose stone from them to look at other sites because the other main online retailer of CZ stones DOES OFFER RETURNS on unused stones. Now we are out $240 on a stone that isn't nearly worth it's price, nor is it as high of quality as the $20 stone we purchased from our jeweler!

I purchased a wedding band set in late 2014 that included a contoured band along with the main ring. A few months later I was asked if I was interested in a contoured band to fill out the set - but it was a one-day-only offer. I declined, but then asked my fiancee about it later and was surprised to find that she was interested in the contoured band. When I inquired about it the price jumped up many hundreds of dollars. I was disappointed and left it at that. I waited a year and a half to try again. Same answer - very high price for the contoured band. I get marketed by this company constantly, but won't be anymore. I'll look for someone else to duplicate it.
