I have received 3 DVD's from Milo at Zeus DVD, 2 of which came rather recently and were of good quality. But an order of "ANNA" made March 21,2018 is yet to arrive and it is April 27 as I write this. I also have 2 recently placed orders which are not late yet, and have apparently been shipped according to his website. Time will tell. I will not order any more until all this is resolved, if resolution is possible.
On April 30,2018, I ordered two DVDs_ Funny Valentines. I just received ONLY one of my DVDs on November 8. ON top of that, the DVD was in poor quality and had TV commercials running throughout the movie. It was recorded from BET. Hell, I could have done this myself. So where is my other DVD? And if you were going to do a recording, why didn't you simply make 2 copies? Very tacky business and a rip off at that. I waited 6 months for this? Invoice was a printed copy in which it was faded and not able to be read.
The cd i receive was not what expected. Whoever burned this they did a poor job. The movie was dark and i was unable to really see it. This is the worst cd i have ever received and will not use your site ever again and i will not recommend anyone to buy from you.
I ordered a DVD on January 24,2018. I was sent an email on January 25,2018 saying the DVD was shipped. I live in Massachusetts and the DVD was suppose to be coming from Florida (305) area code. Like the other people in their reviews, Zeus seems to be a scam. We haven't received our product.

I was going to order a rare title on CD from this person (I assume it's just a guy that burns CDs from his hard drive, sells them for $9.99 a pop, and calls himself a "business". In any case, I got curious and decided to look for some customer reviews before I gave up a credit card number (I got suspicious when they didn't accept Paypal) and I landed here. A bunch of one star reviews claiming the guy either sent them sub-par product or never sent anything at all. I also saw ZEUS DVD listed on The Better Business Bureau site as having nothing but complaints. No Thanks!
Worthless outfit - owner David Miller runs a number of sites just like this and they're all doing the same thing - taking money and generally not bothering to fill orders - many years ago, I did actually get stuff from them and the quality wasn't entirely bad, but somewhere along the way Mr. Miller seems to have decided that just keeping the money and not shipping stuff worked out better for his bottom line - if you want to take a chance and order something, make sure you're using a credit or debit card that will refund your money when you don't receive your merchandise - I made the mistake of recently ordering something using my Discover debit card and was told that they can't refund me - I'll be cancelling that card soon.
Ordered 6 films & 1 series, totalling $70.00. One film was out of sync, the voices & the picture were off & it wasn't a dubbing issue. The series had missing episodes & some duplicates. Some films were decent quality, while others were awful. I wouldn't recommend them. Also, the reviews placed on their site never get published.
I ordered Dvds from them that I never Got - they took my money though! Then I read other reviews and there was not a good one to be read - all rated them as Scam Merchants, beware and stay clear of them.
I placed my order on October 11,2018 and was notified three days later that it was awaiting shipment. In January 2019, I wrote a review accusing Zeus of thievery since I never received my order. I need to revise that review since I was notified on July 8,2020 that my package was shipped on that date. The CDs did arrive (no explanation for delay, apology, etc.) and I am very happy with them, except that I had since bought a copy of one from another vendor in the intervening 20 months! So, the CDs did arrive after a wait of almost two years. That may be a record for this business. I cannot say that I would recommend purchasing from Zeus. I will not since as a retiree, I cannot afford again to wait for two years for merchandise to arrive: I may not be here to receive it!
At first I thought this was a great site with all of the old movies listed, so I quickly ordered one that I had been looking for.
A month later I had not received my dvd so I emailed *******@zeusdvds.com.
Never heard from anyone associated with this scam company and never received my dvd.
Finally asked my credit card company to dispute the charge.
ZEUS DVDS is nothing but a ripoff scam!
I ordered "The Victors" from Zeus DVDs. I was informed of the processing of my order from placement through delivery. The DVD is playable. The case is a slim snapcase with blank front and back covers. DVD, case are fine. So glad that I used Zeus to get this DVD.
Ordered a DVD April 18th. So far the money has been withdrawn from my account and the DVD is still "awaiting shipment", 2 months later. Beginning to realize that I'll probably never see my money or the DVD! Mailed Milo several times = no reply. WIsh I' d checked this page before ordering!

Ordered a DVD of the hard-to-find DVD Coming Out of the Ice with John Savage. I didn't watch it for a while and then when I did, what a shock! It was a terrible copy - extremely blurry and and it even included "rolling" of the picture and white static that used to result from poor "tracking" on the old VHS players. I have contacted the seller, but do not expect an answer based on the poor reviews I have just read. I'll be sure to check them next time and not be taken in by such an unscrupulous seller.
I ordered two movies from this company, both television movies from way back. One dvd was fine, then both dvd's for the second movie were defective, frequent buffering for part 1, and the 2nd dvd wouldn't even play showing incorrect format. I contacted Zeus numerous times concerning this and have never heard back from them.
I placed an order and received a notice it is awaiting shipment. It has been 7 wks now and I have sent Milo 4 emails asking when he might be receiving this. Not 1 response like many here have said. I will wait another couple weeks and if I do not hear anything I will be contacting my Credit Card company and the BBB. I understand he may be busy but Geez at least answer peoples emails!
Ordered DVD on Dec 7th. Received notification that order was complete on Dec. 11th. 16 days later I have still not received my order. Emails to Zeus have gone unanswered. Contacting my credit card company and having the charge reversed.
I stupidly expected a quality dvd but what I received was a clearly bootlegged copy of a film that had clearly run on Encore. The case was blank white, the disc was rattling around in the case and the quality of the dvd was terrible. There was a message on the bottom of the screen that Encore was experiencing satellite difficulties so please be patient, and that message ran several times. I am not experienced in the legalities of this kind of sale but it looks like Zeus is a rotten company with profits being the only motive. There is a difference between a sale and a customer and Zeus clearly believes that one-time sales are preferable to a good relationship. I am disgusted and hope that potential buyers will take the time that I did not to look at the reviews before making a purchase.

I ordered a copy of the 1980 TV movie Bogie on October 31st. On November 5th I requested a refund. I got a bad feeling after 5 days of no updates. I got a feeling something was going on. It has been 21 days since I requested the refund and still no response. No updates on the order. No refund. And definitely no package. Milo should pay this site a visit and see what people really think of him and his scam of a site. This is, as the title of my review says, absolutely ridiculous!
I almost didn't purchase the dvd I wanted cause of all the bad reviews but I'm glad I took the chance and did got the dvd works great never had an issue took about a week and a half will definitely order more!

Answer: There's no way to get a refund through the website as Milo (the owner) Doesn't communicate, doesn't answer emails, doesn't reach out, doesn't even ship the products. Also there is no option to cancel your order through the website! Your only hope is to dispute the charge with your bank and have your credit card cancelled in order to prevent further thefts.
