I would like my money back

Answer:

There's no way to get a refund through the website as Milo (the owner) Doesn't communicate, doesn't answer emails, doesn't reach out, doesn't even ship the products. Also there is no option to cancel your order through the website! Your only hope is to dispute the charge with your bank and have your credit card cancelled in order to prevent further thefts.

Answer:

I made an order on 9/11/18 and finally received it on 1/18/19. Sent many emails concerning status of my order, but NEVER received any answers. Of course, my money was in his pocket within minutes of placing the order, and although I tried to cancel the order, he will not reply. DON'T order from this site.

You've got terrible reviews. why is that? are you truly a thief? you've got at least one title i'd love to have.

Answer:

I don't think he's a thief. I think he's just in over his head with too many orders to fill and not enough time or help to fill them. If he could guarantee that he could fill the orders, I might give him another chance. There are about a dozen titles I am seeking. But most companies don't charge your credit card until the order is shipped. He charges your card the day of the order and then you never hear from him again. He needs someone to advise and help him run his business correctly and smoothly.

Jonathan P., I don't know the word ouromment! No dictionary on line knows it. I assume that you are asking the question "Where are our orders?" If this is remotely like the question you asked, I will tell you that I sent my comment about "Milo" of Zeus to him personally and told him that I had to tell me story completely because it was not a purchase without considerable concern on my part. I told him that he might consider going to this site and defending his integrity and give his customers a reason for the same repeated complaint involving shipping and fulfilling orders to customer's satisfaction. I don't know what is keeping him from responding. He sends to my email address a catalog full of films and a dollar discount for each. Yet, he seems to never improve in the area of customer satisfaction. I told my brother about the whole thing. He told me this. "You got a superior product from Milo... He packaged it well and sent it in a padded shipping envelop." But next time you decide to buy from him, send him an email about the ETA of your next order. If he doesn't respond, don't buy from him any more. My brother frankly said that he has sensed some untruths from the man! My review never made him out to be a saint who runs a super business or super business man. I don't understand a business person who sends (finally) a fine product but almost defiantly avoids shipping it or shipping it promptly. I told him to speak to this problem on this site... Where is he? Make your own mind up about the man. Where are our orders? Buy through paypal in the future and they will rein burst you when you run into an internet guy like this. Milo, please explain!
