I use to love ordering for this site. Jewelry looks nice but sometimes it breaks very easily and I have to send back. The problem now is with each order (non customized) it's taking 6-8 weeks to receive which is ridiculous. This last order is my final if I ever receive it. Won't be using this site ever again.
Have not received any updates(unless I went out of my way to send emails and check on my order) on an order that was placed in January and it's literally the END of March. I did order a custom piece, but the information provided said allow up to 7 weeks for production and shipping. 3 months later and I still have not received my order which was supposed to be a gift!
I ordered 2 things from this website and each time I received my package i fell in love with the pieces that I got. I bought the custom necklace for my bestfriend and I wrote customer service about changing details in my order and I was greeted by Kayla and she took care of my whole order process. I think for a business they really care about every person who orders. If you're hesitating to purchase dont hesitate because the jewelry is beautiful, high quality, great pricing and wonderful wonderful customer support rep. Highly recommend and will be purchasing again. They need to fix they discount code button. It adjusts the price after you click check out instead of on the cart but im glad I saw it on the checkout!
Placed an order in July and here it is November and my order still has not shipped. Emailed customer service only for them to just say they're backed up with orders. It's going on 5 months since my order has been placed and they are refusing to refund me even though my order has not shipped. How is that acceptable? At this point, I feel like I've been scammed and will be reporting to my bank to get my money back.
I place a order on 04/11/2020. I still have not received any information on this order it is now 05/7/2020. Ridiculous! Please go on Instagram boutiques, Aliexpress or Alibaba.com to get the same jewels! It was a gife smh! I understand Cov-19 but be good to customer and else give a update please.
I have purchased three pieces from this website and I received them all, so the company is legit. The only issue I have is the fact that every piece that I bought and that is listed on their website is also on AliExpress for 95% cheaper than what they have it listed for on their site please do not buy from this website, somebody is making major money off of China made jewelry pieces.
I believe that customer service is dead now a days but I really love this brand! I purchased a diamond initial necklace and received it in a cute box with a hanwritten note from Zera. I feel so proud to wear Zera Jewels and will be ordering again. They have great coupons on retailmenot so I was able to save so much. One thing that I dont like is that the site menu pops up a few times, its a little glitchy on my phone but hopefully they fix that.
Bought an opal white gold ring on amazon but was nervous to see there weren't any photos or reviews. I decided I needed to have the ring and put it on credit in case something went south. Today I received the ring which amazon said wouldn't arrive until mid Jan yet it's the 6th. I bought a 2 carat ethopain opal and the seller even messaged me a photo after the ring was made (orders are made at time of purchase) I will say I was nervous that the package did somehow come from India or that's just the address the sender put for a return? The name of the jewlery store on amazon was rosec jewlery I believe, but my order says zerah jewlery which is odd but my ring is so gorgeous I don't even care anymore about all that.
I ORDERED A BUTTERFLY CHAIN FOR MY BESTIE. IT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT.
AWESOME / AWESOME / AWESOME
MY FRIEND WAS SO HAPPY! IT DID TAKE LONG TO RECEIVE BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT.
AWESOME CHAIN
Seven weeks later, the customer service rep finally responded—but only to what they wanted to address, not the actual question. This is my second and final time ordering from their site. The first time, it took weeks to get a response, and when I finally did, it was with some sneaky "edit the sent date and forward" trick. Don't expect custom pieces to arrive within the estimated timeframe—their disclaimer that processing times aren't guaranteed is spot on. Save your money and go to a jeweler who actually understands production and doesn't hide behind vague, one-size-fits-all answers.
Answer: I loved their website and the pictures. They seemed more professional than other business that look kinda like scams. I saw their instagram ad and checked out their page.
